Shipping
All orders are shipped F.O.B. destination once credit is approved.
In an effort to deliver all products in a timely manner, your order MAY be fulfilled in multiple shipments. If any item in your order is delayed or back-ordered, we will ship the items when they become available. You may receive more than one shipment for each order.
Please Note: All orders are shipped Monday through Friday only during regular business hours. Sunday delivery not available. Overnight air shipping is not available for Saturday or Sunday delivery. Delivery time is from point of order fulfillment,
not order placement. Most orders are shipped the same day if fulfilled before 10am PST.
We ship to APO/FPO or P.O. Box addresses.

Calculating Cost
Shipping costs for orders from PimpHats.com depend upon the method and option you choose. If you choose to group items into as few shipments as possible, you'll be charged for one regular per-shipment fee, as well as a per-item fee for each item in that shipment. If you choose to ship items as soon as they become available, we'll charge you full per-shipment fees for each shipment as well as a per-item fee for each item.
Please also note: Shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based.
To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
Return Policy
We want you to feel confident about your PimpHats.com purchase. That's why we offer a 'no hassle return policy' to our customers. If you receive your purchase
and it isn't what you wanted, no problem. Just contact us and let us know. If the product isn't worn out or abused, we will credit your card upon return (minus shipping) of any item, or send you a replacement item immediately.
Customers with returns must be approved and provide an RA#, no returns on items longer than 30 days from purchase date.

INTERNATIONAL POLICY
Shipping
We will gladly ship internationally, unless there are shipment restrictions. To determine eligibility for international shipping, please e-mail us or call (888) EZ2 - PIMP/(310) 940 - 4745 between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. PST, Monday through Friday. We will promptly send an e-mail to you to both confirm your order and provide your shipping charges.
Please remember that all customs clearing, duties and taxes are not included in the freight calculation and are the responsibility of the customer. Warranties for internationally shipped products may vary or be null and void.
Please Note: Shipments that are not retrieved from customs are not covered by our insurance.
