How do you know that the order came from my site and what they spend?
Upon approval as a PimpHats.com Affiliate Program member, we will issue a unique member code. We use a high tech shopping cart system that notices when someone enters the site from your site and embeds a code into the URL of every page they visit here. This unique code is entered with the purchase order, for proper tracking of your commission.

When do I get paid?
If you earn more than $25 in a given month, you will receive a check about 45 days after the end of that month. If your earnings total less than $25, then you will receive a check 45 days after the end of the month in which your total earnings reach $25.

How long does the PimpHats.com cookie last?
The PimpHats.com cookie, a small file stored on the computer of somebody that clicks your Affiliate link, last for 365 days. That means that if somebody clicks on your link and doesn"t order right away, they will have a cookie with your referral ID on their computer, so if they order within the next year, you will get credit.

What if my visitor doesn't accept cookies?

No. The use of PimpHats or any variation thereof in your URL or in the name of your site will be cause for your immediate dismissal from the Affiliate Program. In such a case when you breach the Affiliate Agreement, you thereby forfeit any earned commissions.
